Condo Prices are on the rise as inventory is falling
Shortage of condo inventory in Toronto is pushing prices even higher. January and February of 2020 have seen the largest spike in condo prices. Average condominium apartment rents were up on a year-over-year basis for one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The average one-bedroom condominium apartment rent was $2,209 in Q4 2019 – up 3.1 per cent compared to Q4 2018. The average two-bedroom condominium apartment rent was up by 3.4 per cent over the same period to $2,868
